We only surface publicly accessible information — we do not access private accounts, paid databases, or government records.

Yes. Deep Checker Pro only aggregates publicly available information that individuals have chosen to make public on various platforms. We operate similarly to a search engine — indexing and presenting what is already publicly visible. Our service is intended for legitimate purposes such as background verification, journalistic research, and personal privacy audits. Users are required to agree to our Terms of Service, which prohibit using the service to harass, stalk, or harm individuals.

Accuracy depends on the query type. Username and email searches are highly reliable because they match exact identifiers. Name searches involve more inference and may surface accounts belonging to different people with the same name — we indicate confidence levels in the report to help you interpret results. Data breach information is sourced from well-maintained public breach databases and is generally very accurate. We recommend cross-referencing results with other information you already know about the subject.

Absolutely. You can delete any saved report from your dashboard at any time. If you close your account, all search history and saved reports are permanently deleted within 30 days. We do not sell your search queries to third parties. For a full account deletion request, contact us via the support link in your dashboard. Note that we cannot remove your information from the third-party platforms we query — for that, you would need to contact those platforms directly or use their privacy request tools.

Most searches complete in 15 to 45 seconds depending on the number of platforms checked and network conditions. We run all platform queries in parallel, so checking 100 platforms takes roughly the same time as checking one. Email validation and GitHub analysis results typically appear within 5 seconds. If a platform is slow to respond, we time it out and mark it accordingly in your report rather than making you wait indefinitely.
