By accessing or using Deep Checker Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Deep Checker Pro is intended for legitimate purposes only, including personal research, self-auditing, business due diligence, and security monitoring. You agree not to use the service for stalking, harassment, discrimination, or any illegal purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Deep Checker Pro provides information from publicly available sources on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of search results. We are not responsible for decisions made based on search results.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
